I have just finished the new routine, Birth, which is coming soon! I created this routine with Winalee Zeeb and Kevin VerEecke. We’ll be shooting the next routine, Beyond, in August after the Black Belt Training I co-teach with Ann Christiansen. The word “Beyond” seems to be jumping into my world continually. Everywhere I look – in magazines, cards, online – I see it. In this spirit, here’s a bit of wisdom, music and magic from Tina Turner (she starts speaking after 1 minute 30 seconds). Enjoy and remember, we are all one. Life is a gift and there is so much more beyond what we see and know.
