Nia, Art of Perception is where logic and mystery come together. It’s where our perception of sensation, thinking, feeling, and intuition intersect. It’s where the door of conscious awareness opens us up to the world of energy coursing inside and all around our body and life.

By stepping through this door, we awaken ourselves to an unseen power moving through us and around us. It is as a tangible substance. By perceiving everything as energy, all of our senses make us feel more open, curious, awake, and part of the miracle of life. What we learn is that when we connect, we become connected to the regenerative system of the universe.

We began to unravel the questions such as, “What is energy?” and “How can I use energy to craft a healthy and meaningful life?” This unraveling teaches us that life is never fully unraveled. It is always recreating itself. If we can give you any advice it would be to become roving, blazing question marks and examine everything in the pursuit of personal truth. We do not want to limit our research in and observations of what you see and feel.

There are things that we only believe are real, when we can see them, but sometimes all we need is a more powerful microscope to see what’s always been there. Rest assured that we know more than we may realize we do about energy.
