There And Back Again, With You,

This summer, I’m writing fairy tales….

Imagine standing at the threshold of a golden door, your hand is on the key, you are ready to turn it and to open the door. And as you do, from out of the silence you hear a whisper that says, “Awaken.” You slowly open the door, only to be engulfed by light, pulled through an opening, and a dimension of beginner’s mind. Empty, you open to everything and all that is, while you become aware of your whole being.

Floating at the center of all that is, you sense your body as new, your mind, emotions, and spirit as free. Free from thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs that once held you back from awakening to your unique, individual, and authentic self. Light as a feather, you walk toward the light and sense a quiver of change and an excitement of the manifestation of something new and something never before in your body and life.

You hear a whisper again, “Love is your only choice and your only necessary technique for awakening to choose your transformation and your change.” With your next breath and with your next step into the light, you dissolve into a crystalline light vibration, connected to an evolutionary awakening of all civilization and of all humanity. You say, “Yes.” to yourself and to the invitation to participate in your exploration…

All our bodies and all our lives are part of both complex and complicated world changes and transformations both now and in the future.

This may feel unsettling and unnerving, but through the discovery of our unique “Sensory Signature,” we are able to awaken and communicate as never before, within the nested environments of ourselves, our collectives, our communities, our Earth and our Universe.  

What exactly is our unique Sensory Signature?  It is the integration of our individual and collective brilliance with all of humanity, the earth, and the universe expressed through our physical body and energy body. That brilliance is more essential than ever for our future.

Together, the meaning and purpose of the Awakening of our unique individual Sensory Signature is really both simple and complex.

It is simple as individuals, but it is complex as communities.  For this reason, Awakening Your Sensory Signature is intended to gather love and light for the restoration and preservation of our cultures and societies through continual Healing, Rooting, and Strengthening.

Awakening Your Sensory Signature will be offered in 7 original and innovative 2-hour online sessions that leave everyone with a wealth of inspiration and motivation for a renewal of creative energy.  Each week, we embrace fresh practices for opportunities in transformation. 

Together, we will enjoy both play and pleasure with new techniques from timeless wisdom to enhance our ability to connect through mindfulness toward enriched bodies and lives. In this engaging program, we will each “Step In” and “Step Through,” to powerful new beginnings.
