Through A New Triad, With Debbie Rosas.

As we moved into the Rooting element of our 2024 Triad, “Healing, Rooting, and Strengthening,” during the months of May, June, July, and August, I’ve journaled about the topic of “Rooting,” guided by three areas of focus and intention from articles I have previously published on “Perseverance,” “Abundance,” and “Remembrance,” to cast each of these as they are framed in the subject of Rooting. The following guidelines are easily used by anyone!

1.     Perseverance and what “Rooting” with SELF means.

2.     Abundance and what “Rooting” with OTHERS means.

3.     Remembrance and what “Rooting” with COMMUNITY, EARTH, and UNIVERSE means.

Living in a time of accelerated evolution, I am focused both on how “I” and how “We” can transform consciously through change to flow in many directions as we each imagine, craft, dream, create, and manifest a new vision of understanding that none have experienced before. I believe in the bodies, minds, emotions, and spirits of all human beings and in the power of collectives, which is why I am inspired to engage everyone in becoming a force of change.

If history might repeat itself, then positioning ourselves for evolutionary enlightenment and growth as a family of human beings learning to be better and be kinder means that we have the opportunity to tap into higher consciousness and understanding. In this, we will need ways to guide our bodies and lives to raise our resonance in light and love to empower us in healing, rooting, and strengthening and become beacons of light, love, and goodness.

We can begin our Awareness Journey with SELF as we explore the “Secular” or “I” by:

1.     Setting our intention to plant new seeds for roots of consciousness to feed and nourish our own metaphorical tree of life; while understanding our tree of life is connected to all other trees and part of the forest of humanity.

2.     Directing 100% attention on ourselves, on our own garden, and on our own tree of life, and spending time observing and using intuition with sacred guidance to decide what to keep, prune, cut, remove, water, and fertilize.

3.     Using purpose, potential, and possibility as our guides from a place of a beginner’s mind, we may sit as the center of all universal wisdom and define our new seeds of consciousness that we wish to plant and root in our garden to feed our evolutionary tree of life.

4.     Draw, paint, collage, use clay, or even plant an actual tree to root our seeds into form. Create our tree of life with our hands, sense our metaphorical branches reaching out and touching all branches in our world and in our universal light forest. Consider our seeds as feminine energy, and our roots as masculine energy, and their combined union as giving life.

We can grow our Awareness Journey with OTHERS as we explore the “Symbolic” or “We” by:

1.     Setting an intention through hand to hand or metaphorically through “branch to branch,” by reaching out and sharing our sustenance and nourishment with others and their trees.

2.     Draw, paint, collage, use clay, or even plant TWO trees to root and manifest our seeds into form as we create our tree of life connected to one other tree. With our hands, sense our tree’s branches and messages reaching out and touching one other tree. Again, consider our seeds as feminine energy and our roots as masculine energy, and their combined union as giving life.

We can grow our Awareness Journey with our COMMUNITY, EARTH, and UNIVERSE as we explore the “Sacred” or “Everything and All That Is” by:

1.     Setting an intention through a larger assemblage of hands to hands or metaphorically “tree to tree,” by reaching out and sharing our tree of life combined sustenance and nourishment with other groups of trees for a message of hope, possibility, healing, and rooting in a universal forest of light and love.

2.     Draw, paint, collage, use clay, or plant a community of trees to root and manifest our seeds into form. We can now create our body and tree of life connected to COMMUNITIES, EARTH, AND UNIVERSE of which everyone is a part. Once again, consider our seeds of a universal forest as feminine energy and our roots of a universal forest as masculine energy with their combined union as giving life.
