In your life, you are the artist, the artisan, and the art. The ways you choose to clothe and adorn your body; how you choose to arrange and decorate your table for dinner; the methods you choose to plan and organize your work day; the techniques you choose to navigate and explore a new travel destination; or the manner in which you choose to gather community together are all expressions of your creativity.

In every corner of your culture and society, you can see and sense creativity relaxing, inspiring, agitating, and even healing people. The eyes of viewers are fixated on shapes and colors, immersed in an array of visual stimulation; as if granted permission for creatives to play in their private world. Moving from place to place, they awaken, feel, sense, think, remember, and reflect long after sensing pleasure.

It is through creativity that your extraordinary narrative will emerge. Creating is your path to speak to people in a way they may comprehend in a global community for unique individual human beings.

If we think that we are not creatives, then we must think again. Who we are is, in part, our creation. It is our work of art. As humans, arts are a language inherent to the four realms of our Whole Being. One of the first things we do with our body, mind, emotion, and spirit is to relate with the universe and to share all that emerges from within us. This is our human potential, waiting to be celebrated!

Signs and symbols are what our brain is coded to learn and enjoy. They speak to all ages, to all people, from all walks of life, and with all kinds of beliefs. They are the parts and pieces of all creativity and a pathway to peel and awaken all the parts of being fully human within ourselves. If we have lost a meaningful passion we once possessed for creating in our life; the arts are a power for awakening them within.

In our busy life, waiting until a given day or a given moment to seek creativity within us will not bring us pleasure. What is important is that we begin from the moment we open our eyes until the time we sleep each day, as we have many opportunities to choose pleasure. See and use every moment for creating. This is what awakens sustainability in us, our life, our community, our Earth, and our Universe.
