Whether you feel ready to start writing your story on your own or prefer guided support, my new Body + Life program offers a path for both approaches. Writing your awakening story can be a deeply personal journey and it begins with the courage to reflect on your life’s pivotal moments — the times when your spirit stirred and called you to become more of who you are.

If you already feel inspired, then take this moment to start sketching out your unique individual narrative. Begin where it feels right for you, personally — at birth, during a transformational experience, or even a moment of realization. Gathering together you and your story might evolve organically, moving through time as memories and insights surface.

For those who feel more comfortable with structure, know that in Awakening A New Feminine Spirit, you will be guided step-by-step to discover and express your own awakening. Through monthly sessions, thought-provoking questions, guided meditations, creative projects, and interactive discussions, you’ll have the collective support you need to bring your story to life.

Together, we’ll explore what it means to balance the feminine and masculine energies within us all and how to weave them into a cohesive and vibrant narrative that illuminates our many gifts that we will all discover. By sharing our stories, we contribute to a collective awakening, while fostering a new vision of humanity that is rooted in unity, compassion, and creativity.

You are not and never will be alone in your process — as our shared intention is to create something meaningful together in a diverse community that will blossom and grow each month by precious month in 2025.

In telling your story, you honor not only your journey but also the collective story of all humanity. In the book I co-wrote with my mother, Keeping Our Mother’s Stories Alive, I included questions to help uncover personal stories. I have adapted a similar list for gathering you, your story, and your journey through, Awakening A New Feminine Spirit:

What’s one thing you would have done differently to express both your feminine and masculine sides?
When you think about blending yin (feminine) and yang (masculine) energies, what is the one thing you are most afraid of?
Is there anything you want to express with your yin-feminine and yang-masculine sides that you never have?
