Stepping Into Pleasure

Breathe, dear one. Smell this moment, the now, the new, and the beckoning for you to emerge. To support awakening and the unfolding of pleasure. Breathe deeply, easily. Exhale long and longer. Sense your breath flowing effortlessly in and through you. Breathe with the universe and become an awakened, expressed, sacred being. Sense the softening of protective edges and a connection to your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self. Dissolve into harmony and into love. Allow universal, life force energy to breathe healing energy into all 50 trillion cells of your body.

Sense the resonance of love filling your bones, joints, blood, organs, and tissues. Release your lower jaw and sense your neck and shoulders soften down and your head float up, off, and away from your torso. Place the tip of your tongue up, against the roof of your mouth, behind your top teeth, and exhale slowly and make the sound, “Ah,” which is the sound of the heart. Consciously recognize this moment as an awakening and silently say to yourself, “I am stepping into this moment and into my body, emptied of old beliefs and old attitudes. I am now ready to be me.” 

Become aware of your heart and sense the beat of readiness to receive. Sense your heart open, relaxed, alert, and ready to support you in circulating the healing light of love throughout your whole body. Turn your palms up and sense your hands and any body part touching something resting, meditating, and slipping into meditation. Exhale and sense the melting away of doubt and fear and turning it into nurturing waters that cultivate new knowledge, vitality, and healing wisdom. Allow your intuition and imagination freedom. Sense your your body’s wisdom. 

In this moment inhale and sense the spaces inside you filled with gratitude and appreciation for who you are. As you exhale, connect to the feeling and quality of “lightness and curiosity.” Sense your eyes soften and the beauty of the moment awakening you. Exhale and make the sounds, “U-O-A-E-I.” Continue sounding until you sense your body and breath as one. Sound until your voice is steady. Sense the outline of your body as seamless and see yourself as the center of all that is. When you are ready say, “I am prepared. I choose love. I am connected to the sensation of now.”

Consider these thoughts and emotions:

My 50 trillion cells are coded to vibrate truth. My mind is empty. I am clear. My heart is open. I see choices. My spirit is alive. I am ready to receive and share truth from the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. I am awakening, listening and responding. My organs are ready, vibrating at the perfect frequency to support me in silencing my mind, and using my body to receive and transmit wisdom. I am ready. I am in love. I am light. I am abundant. I am whole. I am in peace, in harmony. I am exactly where I need to be. I am open. I am humble. I am grateful. I am gracious. I am wise. I have body wisdom. I am intelligent, Sensory IQ intelligent. I am creative. I am Sacred.

Slowly inhale through your nose and exhale the sound “Ah” through your mouth and sense a warm, gentle vibration in your chest and begin to move slowly, as if in warm water. Sense your body nourished and say to yourself, “My cells are ready. I am prepared. My eyes are open to see anew. My body is aware. I am connected. I am listening. My heart is open. My mind is alert. My body is filled with love and light.” Exhale slowly and connect through your feet to the earth and say, “I inhale, filling my body with life force energy. I exhale into healing. I fill my spirit with the essence of love. I exhale and awaken to my life now.”
