An Awakening Wish For The World,

January 23rd, 2024.  Today, my birthday, I find myself thinking about giving rather than receiving.  I want to celebrate my birthday in sending wishes to the world by sharing a bit of wisdom and knowledge intended to ignite and inspire contemplation.  And, in doing so, I am asking myself “What is the meaning and purpose of wisdom and knowledge today, if it does not lead us along a path toward peace?”  My hope is that we ponder this together.

Like so many others, these precious 73 years of mine have been active in managing my body and my life.  My choices and decisions have been intended to guide me to become a kind and compassionate human being and have led me on many pathways which have each converged toward one destination, which is loving and healing.  Specifically, loving and healing through movement and exploration of new love for my unique body and spirit together with a love for all other unique bodies and spirits.

Beneath the surface of a meeting with another individual lies an initial connection for the greatest potential and power to support global healing. It is waiting to be discovered by each one of us. I call it the magic and mystery which occurs when we each infuse that instant with life force energy and use the wisdom and knowledge of love and light in our bodies, minds, emotions, and spirits to direct a healing process of peace by remembering that we are not alone and that we are not separate from the atoms, molecules, cells, tissues, organs, and organ systems that form each of us uniquely within our bodies.  This requires a continual effort of disciplined good intention which is available to everyone, through practice.

My wish is that each hour, we practice seeing everyone and everything in our world and the world around us through the eyes of an innocent child.  That we remember we have the ability to access this observation through our bodies, minds, emotions, and spirits and that sensation is the most direct and immediate way to gather information for loving and healing our lives.  My wish is that we pause each season to reflect on the wonder of the sun, moon, stars, and earth as well as, every ocean, mountain, land, and every creature in an awareness of its connection to every human life.

My wish for today and for every day is that we each begin again and yet again to breathe open a loving and healing awareness of life force energy which moves both in us and around us.  That moment by moment we receive its gift of love and light, which is as a connective tissue to the web of all life in the tone, resonance, vibration, frequency, and physical song of the universe that sings to us each minute, hour, day, week, month, and year through all the myriad of elements in fire, water, earth, and air. 

My wish is that the world begins in every collective and every community with good intention toward living in oneness together where no barrier exists and where wisdom and knowledge of transformation guides us with changes needed to bring us each into alignment with one another, the earth, and the universe. My wish is that we learn daily to balance our communications with our senses and that we transform what we sense into words and expressions of kindness and compassion for harmonizing the dreams of a more humane humanity and a more civilized civilization.

May we always sense without any fear, the waves of light, dark, patterns, vibrations, webs, lines, spirals, circles, and strings of energy that are the forces of nature, of which we are all a precious reflection.  May we remember we are born into movement and change which are necessary to sustain life over lifetimes.  May we stand in strength and courage to reveal our love and light to the world. May we sing together, that song of a loving and healing life force energy expressed in unity.  May we become as great birds of peace in flight.  May our wingspan of heavenly, immortal, and ancient feathers speak in all tongues and share the essences of light and love to all beings.  And finally, may we walk daily together into a new world of awakening, where the wisdom and knowledge of peace resides.
