When you are excited to learn new things and enhance your body centered living, you can make lasting changes. This means that everything you do becomes more effective and enjoyable. In Nia, we teach you to learn through your body. This style of education is often different from the formal education you may have experienced during childhood and early adulthood. 

To the body, learning is an ongoing process that takes place throughout your life. Body centered learning occurs moment by moment and is deeply personal, dedicated only to you and to your body. How do you acquire new knowledge and skills for your body? You open yourself up to working with your own new individualized movement that provides you with a sense of conscious control.

By its very nature, personalized movement eliminates repetitive body experiences as you create movement tailored just for you and for your body.
